Iconic Heritage Building
About
39 Hunter Street is well located in Sydney CBD. The building is a heritage listed office building with approximately 6,000m² of office space over 7 levels, plus basement end of trip facilities.
The building was constructed in 1916 for the Perpetual Trustee Company who owned and occupied the property until selling to Kador in 2006.
A major refurbishment was undertaken upon purchase involving construction of a central atrium creating light filled floor plates.
39 Hunter Street is Australia’s first heritage listed, commercial office building to achieve 6 Star Green Star*. The significance of the project was recognised though a number of property awards.
Since project completion the property has been occupied by the one whole-building tenant.
